CBC Real Estate (CBC), a division of Capitol Broadcasting Company, is the owner, operator, and developer of historic and mixed-use properties in the heart of communities across North and South Carolina. CBC Real Estate is part of a fourth-generation, local, family-owned corporation founded on the belief that when a community is successful, its businesses will be successful.
CBC Real Estate began in 2001 with the historic renovations of the American Tobacco Campus and the development of the Diamond View buildings overlooking the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
Since then, CBC has developed over three million square feet of mixed-use office, multifamily, and retail projects across the Carolinas. Current and previous projects include:
